By downloading, installing, or using the AI Voice Assistant Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service: (a) in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) to transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content; (c) to impersonate any person or entity; (d) to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Free Credits

New users receive 200+ free AI calls upon registration. These credits can be used for any feature of the Service.

Top-ups

Additional credits can be purchased through our payment system. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are subject to change with notice.

No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Unused credits do not expire.

Usage Costs

Different features have different costs per call: Voice Transcription (₹0.01), Normal AI Chat (₹0.01), Screen Read Mode (₹0.02), Web Search Mode (₹0.015). You will be charged based on your actual usage.

You may not: (a) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (b) use automated systems to access the Service without permission; (c) abuse, harass, or harm other users; (d) use the Service to generate spam or malicious content; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (f) use the Service for illegal activities or to violate others' rights.

Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Voice Assistant and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to process your voice recordings and queries to provide the Service.

Third-Party Content

AI responses are generated using third-party services (advanced AI services). We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content.

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

AI Accuracy

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or appropriate. Users should verify important information independently. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Voice Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services (third-party service providers) for core functionality. We are not responsible for their performance or availability.
